We had an amazing stay at this luxurious hotel. The location within the old city walls was perfect, allowing us to easily explore historic buildings and stroll to nearby attractions. The staff here went above and beyond to provide exceptional service, offering us helpful tips and directions. The room amenities were top-notch, including air conditioning, a dressing area, and an in-room safe. We were also impressed by the selection of free toiletries and the convenience of an electric kettle. The flat-screen TV and carpeted floors added an extra touch of comfort to our stay. The dining restaurant offered delicious meals, and we appreciated the free Wi-Fi throughout the hotel.
We highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

The location couldn't be better, just a few minutes away from the main attractions and the metro. The staff was friendly and helpful, always with a smile on their face. The breakfast was tasty and offered a good variety of options.
The room was not up to the standards. The sheets and towels were not very clean, and the bed was uncomfortable with springs poking out.

Located within the historic city walls, it was easy to explore the surrounding area and visit famous landmarks. the breakfast offered a variety of fresh options which was a nice surprise.
The rooms were extremely small, we could barely fit our luggage and ourselves inside. the cleaning service was subpar, the bed was barely made and towels were not properly replaced.

The hotel's location is perfect for tourists, as it is conveniently located just a few steps away from the metro station and all top tourist spots. the room we stayed in had a wonderful view of the city. the breakfast buffet had a great selection of food and drinks, and the staff was always prompt in providing service.
The staff's English skills were quite poor, which made communication difficult at times.
